Mist & Moss Botanicals is a woman owned and operated small business located in East Tennessee. All our products are lovingly handmade and infused with a specific intent, which is listed in the description for each item.

Mist & Moss stemmed from a desire to provide both accessible and unusual ways for people to connect with plants and plant medicines.

Seraphina has had a deep connection with plants since she was a child. Combining this with nearly a decade of herbal training, she continues to grow in her practices. She specializes in nervines - the plants that will help your nervous system. She has found them to be instrumental in her own healing journey, and has found that in these crazy times, they are helpful for most of us.

Besides making medicine, her favorite thing is to help people connect with the plants. Everyone has the ability to connect with and listen to our plant kin, and she loves facilitating that connection. If you would like to take classes with Seraphina, her class schedule is here.
